Local hosts Chef Rachel Hannaford and Sous Chef Sasha Sachs, from award-winning gourmet caterers Hannaford & Sachs, have created three outstanding Island dining experiences that have history, personal significance and character combined; to ensure that their guests never forget their time on Kangaroo Island.
They have recently been recognised by Authentic Kangaroo Island as winners of the Food & Wine Awards 2016 and 2017 in the Southern & Hills Region Awards.
