To dine at the restaurant is a must – it’s the centrepiece of the property with glorious vaulted ceilings, 20’ glass windows, an outdoor terrace sharing views of the gardens and the Barossa – and it’s the home of a wonderful dining encounter. Lyndoch Hill presents a seasonal menu that’s informed by the philosophies of sustainability and minimal interference, working with local suppliers to champion South Australian produce. The offering changes regularly, but the chefs work hard to source the best on offer.
The drinks list is equal to the rich and diverse food offerings, with a stunning range of craft beers, a gin and cocktail bar worth a moment of envy, some of the Barossa’s finest boutique wines from so many friends of the creeds, and of course local staff whose goal is to share a wonderful Barossa experience.
