The Currant Shed Restaurant has withstood over a century of mixed guises. With its inherent charm, long history and stunning views, yet another chapter is now being written. Well-respected Head Chef Dioni Flanagan has the remarkable ability to translate the flavours of the land directly onto the plate using some of the region’s best seasonal produce, sourced from local suppliers.
