 Showcasing locally grown produce that uses traditional cooking methods, guests will be swept away to a secret location in the Eden Valley for a tantalising long lunch at Subeterranean Super Club. With cocktails and canapes on arrival, enjoy a meal cooked over fire at a Heritage Listed property surrounded by gum trees. The Barossa is renowned not only for its wine, but its incredible food and dining experiences. Three talented chefs from acclaimed restaurants FINO Seppeltsfield, Hentley Farm and Appellation, will create a movable regional feast for Barossa Seasons: Autumn, to allow guests to sample beautiful dishes from each restaurant. With transport to each venue, the day will begin with signature tastes and textures at Appellation paired with gin from Seppeltsfield Road Distillers before stopping past FINO for a regional shared menu. To end the day, you’ll be taken to the award-winning Hentley Farm for dessert.
