Bringing together a rich tapestry of South Australia’s food, wine and artistry with a passion for service excellence and genuine hospitality, the Playford Restaurant is open seven days for breakfast and dinner.
The buffet breakfast showcases a seasonal, extensive array of local and exotic fruits, breads and traditional hot breakfast accompaniments. They believe fine food should be good for you and encourage clean eating by using organic, activated, biodynamic and free-range produce wherever possible. In the evenings, Executive Chef Kevin Martel and his team prepare modern Australian cuisine using fresh seasonal produce grown by local suppliers. The wine list has both well-known South Australian wines and many boutique alternatives and received ‘2 Glasses’ at the 2018 Gourmet Traveller Wine List of the Year Awards.
